[Sold] Bloody Mary fountain pen

The barrel of this pen has alternate rows of deep purple/aubergine and russet silk threads spiralling in one direction, and silver thread spiralling in the other, with the silver changing very subtly in rainbow hues along its length. The silk thread is from Japan and is normally used to embroider kimonos and obis (the wide belt worn in traditional attire.) The finials, grip section and cap are made of an in-house pour in a colour that reminds me of a Bloody Mary – tomato juice with lots of dark Worcestershire sauce (not to mention the vodka) added, making it a rich, deep, opulent colour that works well with the bronze centre-band, four bronze rings and the anodised titanium clip. The cap finial shows our logo in bronze against a black background. The overall effect: elegance.

The Jabulani model
SPECIFICATIONS
This is a gently curvaceous model, with a relatively wide girth of 16 mm (0,6″) narrowing to a 10,5 mm (0,4″) grip section. It has our logo on the finial, and the finial is ever-so-slightly rounded, rather than dead flat, which adds to the pen’s elegance.
