[Sold] Christmas Eve – hand-painted fountain pen

This is one of the first Christmassy pens that Hanna Farmer has created for 2023. (Once she got going she painted lots of Christmas pens and we have a Collection coming up based on famous Christmas stories and poems.) This Christmas Eve fountain pen features a jolly Santa, stuck in the chimney, with his bag of gifts in one hand and a cane of striped candy in the other. His sleigh, laden with gifts, is parked nearby. There is a quaint town on the barrel, asleep under a blanket of snow, drawn and painted in meticulous detail. The trees are adorned with silver baubles and a toy train runs across the base of the barrel. The night sky is a silvery-blue, with snowflakes and fir trees on the skyline.
This pen was made by us at Stanford Pen Studio, painted and zendoodled by Hanna Farmer, then coated in a clear resin by ourselves and given its final shape, polish, and buffing. It has a bronze cap band and a bronze logo medallion in the finial, and the section material is a sparkly blue with shimmers of silver.
One thing we must emphasise is that each of our hand-painted fountain pens is a 1/1 original work of art. No-one else will ever own an identical pen.

The Jabulani model
SPECIFICATIONS
This is a gently curvaceous model, with a relatively wide girth of 16 mm (0,6″) narrowing to a 10,5 mm (0,4″) grip section. It has our logo on the finial, and the finial is ever-so-slightly rounded, rather than dead flat, which adds to the pen’s elegance.
