Ombré: Ice Crystals to Teal Beaded Fountain Pen

Lana le Roux beaded this exquisite ombré pattern in colours grading from ice white to aquamarine to cyan to light turquoise to deep teal. What the camera cannot capture is how the beads catch the light … they sparkle as if the pen were encrusted with crushed diamonds. We made the pen body in a combination of intense teal and airforce blue.

Lana used a total of more than 1 500 tiny Miyuki Delica #11 beads to do the beadweaving. Dave developed the new model and made the pen, and Lana mixed the custom resin colours. This pen comes with a stainless steel cap band and section ring, chrome-plated clip and our silver logo medallion inside a bronze ring embedded in the cap finial. It has a double start thread, to minimise the number of turns required to open and close the cap.

These beaded pens come with the option of a Jowo 1.1 or 1.5 stub nib.
