[Sold] Titania silvery lilac fountain pen

R2,890

Titania is the Fairy Queen in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and this pen fits that name perfectly. (Did you see Michelle Pfeiffer in the role of Titania in the 1999 film version, in which she was mesmerisingly gorgeous?)

The material is a magical mix of silvery lilac, mulberry, and moonbeams glittering on amethyst crystals. It speaks to me of dreams and names suggested by our friends on Instagram included Twilight Slumber, Tanzanite Dream, Moonlit Amethyst, Mystique Dream, Perchance to Dream, Dreamweaver, The Sandman, Daydreamer, and Dreamcatcher.

From the moment I first saw the first blank come out of the mould I knew it would match perfectly with silver, so we asked our jeweller friend Aileen Février to make a truly dainty little roll stop. She created these perfect little silver balls that work perfectly and match the delicacy of the pens. Dave made these pens in our Jabulani model, which is gently curvaceous and added one modification: he included our stainless steel logo on the cap’s finial.
