[Currently available] Under Attack hand-painted fountain pen

Brandon (@brandlee_art on Instagram) was inspired by Sho Kosugi’s acting in 1980s ninja movies to start exploring a ninjas theme on his hand-drawn and hand-painted fountain pens. Under Attack is about how our positive spaces are constantly under attack. Threats are all around us. From above, below and coming from behind.
The ninja seated on the barrel is relaxed and meditating. They are wearing a golden mask and with a golden star on their forehead. Meanwhile a red ninja, in the process of drawing his sword, is sneaking up from behind. On the cap is a grey ninja in mid-air, throwing a kunai (half sword-half dagger) with another one held in his mouth, and one embedded in ground next to the meditative ninja. There is also a red airborne ninja on the cap, who has presumably thrown the shuriken (or throwing stars) aimed at the relaxed ninja … who happens to be seated on a surface that is cracking beneath them.
Indeed, our positive spaces need to be revered and protected!
This pen was made by us at Stanford Pen Studio, illustrated by Brandon in graphite and acrylic paint then coated in a clear resin by ourselves and given its final shape, polished, and buffed. We have added a deep blue grip section, as well as a bronze section ring, bronze cap band and our logo medallion (in bronze) embedded in the cap finial.
One thing we ought to emphasise is that each of our hand-painted fountain pens is a 1/1 original work of art. No-one else will ever own an identical pen.

The Jabulani model
SPECIFICATIONS
This is a gently curvaceous model, with a relatively wide girth of 16 mm (0,6″) narrowing to a 10,5 mm (0,4″) grip section. It has our logo on the finial, and the finial is ever-so-slightly rounded, rather than dead flat, which adds to the pen’s elegance.

The section can be made to fit either a Bock #6 or a Jowo #6 nib.
