Kseniia Nel’s Catching the Moon combines the styles of Gustav Klimt and Vincent van Gogh, in a beautiful, whimsical painting with an imperious cat and a serene woman under a starry night. In fact, Kseniia says that if her previous Van Gogh-inspired pen, Starry Starry Night and her Bindi Cat painting (see the last photos) were to have a baby together, this would probably be the result.

As with others in her ultra violet light series, this painting has hidden gems. Turn on the UV torch and a variety of colours and patterns pop out with much more vibrance than under normal light.

Lana le Roux mixed a custom deep teal resin for the section material and we have added a silver cap band, section ring and logo in the finial.
