A Glass of Inspiration fountain pen

On Brandon! How did you know?!? At the end of a long week, it seems to make so much sense to relax with a glass of wine, a fountain pen and a notebook. (With the label on the bottle indicating that its contents might be the key to inspiration.) However, as the level in the bottle drops and when we taken one sip too many of inspiration, gradually the urge to write fades and the one to sleep becomes irresistible!
The expressions on Brandon’s cats are so true to life!!! One can just see them thinking their thoughts are becoming so profound, yet …
This fountain pen was made by us at Stanford Pen Studio, illustrated by Brandon in graphite then coated in a clear resin by ourselves and given its final shape, polished, and buffed. We have added a bronze section ring, cap band and our silver logo medallion is inside a bronze circle embedded in the cap finial.
Each of our hand-painted fountain pens is an original work of art. No-one else will ever own an identical pen.

The Jabulani model
SPECIFICATIONS
This is a gently curvaceous model, with a girth of 16 mm (0,6”), narrowing to a 10,7 mm (0,4”) grip section. The relatively large size of the model is to allow the artist sufficient space for their artwork, and the artwork is encased in a layer of clear resin to protect it from getting damaged during day-to-day use. Our logo medallion is embedded in the cap finial which is ever-so-slightly rounded, and the barrel finial is ever-so-slightly conical. The cap is a flush-fit and does not post. The Jabulani model usually comes with a hand-made, cap band and section ring in either Argentium silver or bronze, though this may differ depending on what best suits the artwork. Custom hand-crafted roll stops can be added.

We supply our pens with a Jowo #6 nib, alternatively the section can be made to fit a Bock #6 if requested.
