The ABCs of Life hand-painted fountain pen

What an uplifting fountain pen! Hanna Farmer found these ABCs of Life on the internet*. For each letter of the alphabet there is a concise life lesson: Accept differences; Be kind; Count your Blessings; Dream; Express thanks; Forgive; Give freely; Harm no one; Imagine more; Jettison anger; Keep confidences; Love truly; Master something; Nurture hope; Open your mind; Pack lightly; Quell rumors; Reciprocate; Seek wisdom; Touch hearts; Understand; Value truth; Win graciously; Xeriscape (and yes, this indeed a word – I had to look it up!); Yearn for peace; Zealously support a worthy cause.
Hanna has managed to write every single one of these quotes on the surface of this fountain pen, and given each quote a colourful background. We battled to agree on which of these colours would make the best grip section, so we decided to offer this pen with three interchangeable sections – one in green smoke, another in dark lime and a third in brick red.
The pen was made by us at Stanford Pen Studio, painted and doodled by Hanna then coated in a clear resin by ourselves and given its final shape, polished, and buffed. It has an argentium silver section ring, cap band, and logo medallion in the cap finial.
Each of our hand-painted fountain pens is an original work of art. If you have seen a pen painted by Hanna that has been sold, you are more than welcome to contact us with a request for a pen on a similar theme, or to request a custom pen in a unique theme of your own.

The Jabulani model
SPECIFICATIONS
This is a gently curvaceous model, with a girth of 16 mm (0,6”), narrowing to a 10,7 mm (0,4”) grip section. The relatively large size of the model is to allow the artist sufficient space for their artwork, and the artwork is encased in a layer of clear resin to protect it from getting damaged during day-to-day use. Our logo medallion is embedded in the cap finial which is ever-so-slightly rounded, and the barrel finial is ever-so-slightly conical. The cap is a flush-fit and does not post. The Jabulani model usually comes with a hand-made, cap band and section ring in either Argentium silver or bronze, though this may differ depending on what best suits the artwork. Custom hand-crafted roll stops can be added.

We supply our pens with a Jowo #6 nib, alternatively the section can be made to fit a Bock #6 if requested.
